Submit a request to permanently delete your account

Important Information

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ All your data including transaction history, balance, and personal information will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting deletion.

⏱️ Account deletion requests are processed within 24-48 hours.

Delete Account from Mobile App

You can also delete your account directly from the Bbpexch mobile app:

  1. Open the Bbpexch app on your device
  2. Go to App Settings (tap on your profile icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear
  5. Enter your password to verify your identity
  6. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account

⚠️ Your account will be immediately deleted when using the app method.
